What we accept
- ✓ Items exchanged within 14 days of purchase
- ✓ Items that are unused (trying on is fine) and in clean condition
- ✓ Original tags with barcode intact
What we don't accept
- ✕ Panties and briefs — for hygiene reasons, these cannot be exchanged once purchased
- ✕ Multi-packs with missing pieces
No need to bring your bill — we send all bills on WhatsApp. Just bring the item with its tags to either store and our team will help you find the right alternative.

Delivery & pickup
Yes. For nearby areas we deliver ourselves at no charge. For other locations, courier delivery is available and charges are borne by the customer. You can also collect from either store.
Store A (J23A) carries ladies' and gents' products. Store B (I26) carries kids'. Both are on the lower ground floor of Central Market, Lajpat Nagar 2, near KFC.

In-store services
Yes — our staff help with sizing for ladies, gents and kids. For ladies, we also offer bra fitting. We offer free gift wrapping too. Walk in or book an appointment on WhatsApp.
Items can be exchanged within 14 days, unused and with original tags intact. Panties and briefs cannot be exchanged. Multi-packs must be complete. No bill needed — we send all bills on WhatsApp.
